My new Goal for this year

As good as the kit lens is for my 450D, it is just not enough. I need something with more reach and something just that little bit sharper.

Having done quite a bit of research, this is what i hope to have by the end of the year.

about £620 from Amazon. And it is roughly on par with the equivalent high end Canon 70-200mm with costs over double the price. obviously the canon will be just slightly better. but this is used by a lot of professionals.

that is just mind bottling ... I would love to get a better lens for my D60 ... since Im a big fan of Macro pics I need to find something that will really allow me to zoom in on natures ass ;)
But Ames that baby will take amaizing pictures dude, fingers crossed for you mate !!
