We've all been thinking together that the best way to improve our guild is a merge with a friendly guild to give us the man power to run higher lvl instances such as ZG, MC and in time maybe even BWL. we've had a few ideas, but the most recent - if you were there on the day- you would have heard we asked Order of the Badgers if they'd accept us. This as you may or may know was declined because of an apparent Bad Reputation our guild has obtained for Ninja'ing and insulting other people during instance groups.

Hexx is still negotiating with them on our behalf and in order to gain acceptance for members into this guild we need to know which players to bring along and who to drop.

This is also the place to discuss this proposed merge of guilds. If you approve greatly of this idea or if you're against the idea of being able to do some good instance runs by the time your character hits 60, reply to this topic.

If setanta agrees with this i think thats all our senior members up for the idea, in which case we'll need a list of all the player names we want and which of out guildies we need to drop. If you're worried that your name may not make the list, just post up reasons why you think you should be taken along...

So far anybody that doesnt show interest (isnt logged on much), anyone that shows a bad attitude (ninja'ing or unwillingness to learn more about WoW) or those who don't make an effort ingame will probably end up being left behind.

All friends of the Guild will also be accepted #(if the merge is to take place)... I know even though Kami and Dex are low lvls and may not be on as much of the rest of us, we'll beable to take you along with us as you all have enough common sence to do what's right ingame in order to maintain a good reputation.

once again, this idea isn't a certainty, but if we're all agreed on it, it'd be easy to manage were we all to work together.

Well to be honest, its the people that make a guild and not the name, aslong as we progress and hang onto desirable members then Im not opposed to it.

Although the rest of you could stop being so impatient I'll be lvl60 at somepoint next year :liplick:

I think maybe some of us just should have gone into another guild from begining. Just to level up, get the items. Then when all that was done, we could leave and form out own. Yes Red Hand atm is not going to work for us higher level people.

ok, so just now we need to know what settanta thinks about the idea... if he's in we'll then need a list of players who we want to put into our new guild and hope for our sake that they trust us to only be giving them names of good and decent people ;p...

this is where hexx and his most exellent persuasive skills come into play :liplick:

I still say that if all 140 Red Hand members (or at least the 120 that have been online in the last month) can't come into whichever guild we join, then we should stay as Red Hand.

There really is no need to join another guild if we're only taking a select few with us.

we've changed the plan slightly anyway... but we still are trying to get rid of players atm, because we don't want to keep around people who don't have enough commitment. atfer that i think we're deciding whether to move or stay.
