was just looking at Maddogz map, and i happened to peep at some others this one has a huge rating, looks like an assault spinnoff meh, havent downloaded it yet, will do when i get my computer back on the internet,

There are a lot of maps there that we should add to our server. Make things new and interresting. I suggest we start with the mappack and work our way through it.

It'll be something different from the Dust, Dust2, Compound cycle that our sever seems to be stuck in.

im still hunting assassin maps, ie, vip maps, not many around, was so sure i had one, but it turns out it was one of my cz/cs1.6 maps :(

i have around 400 maps for cz/cs1.6, i just love playing maps ppl make..

only have about 25 diff maps for cs:s so far, downloads have gotten bigger and take longer now :P

ive lost interest as much

but i still look around when i get bored

i agree as long as it automatically downloads the map if you dont already have it when we switch to a "home made" map. When we first played redheat there was hardly anyone one coz it just cut off saying 'you do not have this map' (or something similar). That's a really poor explanation but i hope you all get what i mean.

We should have a home made map weekend...like on music channels they have 80's weekends. It stops you watching the songs you love for the weekend, but you learn of a whole other world of music.

We could announce it all through the week and have the map pack available for download, so you simply download either the complete or condenced map packs before hand

Complete contains every map on the server

Condensed so we don't banish hexx for the weekend, it'd contain say the top 5-10 maps. and the rest could be added in small 3-4 map map packs.

Anyone bothered reading this far, I'd like to hear to you praise my ideas... Short of that just just say what you really think.

ok but anything over 12mb is too much for me, i need to be able to download the file in 2 hours, or i get chopped, ive tried gozilla and programmes like that but they dont go well with my computer

I'm sure that could easily be arranged, I doubt the full map pack will come to more than about 50mb. And if you get downloading maps now and tell us which are the good ones to put up, then you'll already have every single map.

have you tried flashget Hexx?. it's the best program i've seen that lets you download programs in sections.
