Can we start running BRD?

There is lots of super sexy loot in the instance. The only thing is that it take a while to do ,but it is the first good instance we can do.

I'll lvl to 56 before the weekend, probably be 56 on Thursday so after that then Phasher and Soleft the 3 of us are at a level to do it.

I dont know if Wing or Blaze(if high enough lvl) or Shadow(if 55 yet) or Eowind are about enough or want to run it, if not we find a priest and a mage/lock and go do it.

So much nice loot there and i'll start linking it soon.

Looks like we have a Red Hand group all interested in doing this!

I propose Thursday evening or Saturday.

If i get 2 hours tonight i think i will grind my way to lvl56 so we'd have a team of


Wing Lvl60 Hunter
Soleft lvl56/7 Rogue
Settant lvl56 Rogue
Phasher lvl58 Paladin
Eowind lvl56/7 Paladin.


That leave us without a real Healer (Though 2 Paladins can res and heal) and we dont have too much crowd control!

I guess you dont have improved sap soleft?

I guess if we all have healing potions and go in there equiped well we should breeze through it. There is a map of Blackrock Depths .. just google for it.

I dont know if we need Fire Resistance potions of anything else. If one of you know or have found a guide on what we are going to face please let me know.

I dunno how well 2 paladins can tank/heal, so it sounds like you could do with maybe a mage for dmg or a proper tank so you can absorb damage while killing individual targets. =P

don't take this offencively if paladins are good tanks, i don't know much about instances at high lvl's. now's the time to teach me, how would you go around a high lvl instance?

Yeah the Paladins are kind of an odd class. They dont Tank very well or heal as good as a Druid or Priest.

But even if the Paladins cant keep agro of me and Soleft we can feint to reduce our threat and vanish if we cant shake the agro.

Wing can feign death if he gets agro and his pet can take agro anyways.

I dont think we have any good AOE that might be our only real weakness.

I dont think there will be a problem if we play our classes right.

I will go into the instance we lots of buffs on as if anybody is goin to die it is me.

I have Bladefurry and Slice & Dice and adrenalin rush and when I unleash those 3 babies together there is nothing i dont rip to shreads in a matter of seconds.


Also with the extra attacks coming from both the 'Trash Blade' & 'Sword Specialisation' I can get 5 attacks into 1 second when it all goes right.

I dont know if any of you read the Daggerspine realm forum... But i killed Natur last night ..as in Natur go level!

for BRD you need decent damage output and crowd control, id say you guys could do up to the emporer with afew wipes but in my opinion the emporer would thrash yas

im gonna be lvl 50 pretty soon, been working on it quite heavily as you might of seen ive gone from lvl 42 on friday to lvl 48 now/almost lvl 49

Been through BRD twice now but haven't gone through the gate and we didnt kill the ambassador. me and Settanta spent many hours last night in BRD, was quite good fun although I don't think Settanta got much out of it in the way of G's or items :P

After doing BRD alot to day i would say min level i 57 if u want to stand a chance.. but i dont want to be there with anybody under 58.

im working on lvl 50 too, keeping up with hexx went a little too slow so i at least have to work towards something. a guttbuster in 1 lvl, woot!

I actually saw a lvl 60 hunter still using a guttbuster :S

ive got a whole experience bar to fill for 50, im thinking i could zf as much as possibly because each zf run puts it up about a quarter (each successful zf run)

if i got thru ZF properly it'd complete 3 quests i have which'd get me well on my way to lvl 46... im only about 14k from lvl 45...

anyway BRD wont be for me for a while, but by the time im lvl 57+ we'll have plenty of people to run with me :shock:

You want to be doing proper quests for your lvl rather than run ZF. If you're lvl 50, hit un'goro and grind the quests there, and also in winterspring. You will want to be in Burning Steppes too. Lots of quests for lvl 50-55 and in Winterspring, quests for up to lvl 60. I solo'd most of my time and it took me 4 days to go from 57 to 60, including 2 runs through BRD.

my Badlands quests are alright atm, after that i'll be the right lvl for the rest of tanaris quests tbh. but i dont see the problem with leveeling in Uldaman and Z'F since i have shiatloads of quests for the 2 anyway.

There's no problem with it, its just a lot slower going than it is doing none instance quests :)

The only things I've ever really gone into instances for until I was lvl 57 was cash, get the green drops and sell them to vendor or on AH whatever got me more money. From lvl 57 on I was in instances doing the quests but also to try and get some decent items for my lvl, lol.

now that im 1 bar from lvl 56 (will hit 56 in like 2 mins cause i have about 6 quests to cash), can we run BRD for me?

and whats the minimum lvl i should be to follow you guys into UBRS/LBRS/Strat/etc?
