lets you keep track of your alts bank, you can open several banks from one character, However saying that you cant move anything from your alts banks, you can just see whats there. Handy for keeping track

hmm. when is RedHand gettign a bank?...

If anyone sees soleft, can they remind him to set up a bank? i doubt i'll be donating too much right away after just having spent 90G on a horse + training - i need to get my money back to a reasonable level after spending a bit more on skills...

bank is already there
lvl1 in the guild depository or something like that
